Refund policy
At Grunt Logic, we take a lot of pride in our work, and we try to do our best (within reason) to collect as much information on our client’s vision and requirements for a specific project before we begin production. It is therefore unlikely that we will provide any refunds, except in the rarest of cases. Even then, it will mostly likely be a partial refund.
To start a refund request, please contact us at sales@gruntlogic.us.Please be sure to include your justification and reason why you believe a refund is in order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and analyzed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
